What's particularly worth mentioning here is the soy ice cream, of which 4 changing flavours are permanently on offer. Examples include: soy/blueberry, chocolate/almonds, stracciatella and chocolate.
Many suppliers buy their ingredients at wholesale, where most products contain flavour enhancers or preservatives. This is something you donít have to be afraid of when you go to the Eislabor.
The parlour is quite small, offering space for max. four to five people. Thus, in the summertime, it is pretty crowdy.
